Choosing to build AND STORE your own database of drivers is akin to purchasing this magical, never-ending fuel tank. The initial investment might seem a little higher when compared to just going to your local pilot or loves to get a little diesel. However, once this database is operational, it serves as a perpetual resource for driver recruiting. You can draw from it, add to it, and refine it without incurring additional costs for accessing the same data again.

So, in 2 weeks or 2 months or 2 years when you need to get another driver, or add a truck, just go back to your list
