Choosing to build AND STORE your own database of drivers is akin to purchasing this magical, never-ending fuel tank. The initial investment might seem a little higher when compared to just going to your local pilot or loves to get a little diesel. However, once this database is operational, it serves as a perpetual resource for driver recruiting. You can draw from it, add to it, and refine it without incurring additional costs for accessing the same data again.

So, in 2 weeks or 2 months or 2 years when you need to get another driver, or add a truck, just go back to your list

Let me share an example

Rob had a driver quit. Fortunately, he had stored his previous driver leads in his ALIS database. He used ALIS to send texts to 297 drivers. Then he panicked because he had too many interviews.
