No, the budget that you’d like to allocate to any advertising platform will be separate. The budget you will spend to hire a driver will vary widely depending on a number of factors. For you to estimate, we usually see lead costs ranging from $3 - $20 per lead using adlaunch pro.

Can you manage the advertising for me?

How We Lowered Cost Per Lead by 91% (While Getting 11x the Leads)

This article shows step by step how we took a client’s social media advertising to the next level while saving them 91% cost on each lead.

Those numbers aren’t unusual either. It’s not uncommon for our clients to see reductions in CPL of anywhere from 30% - 90% and see account changes like this:

Step 1: Monitor Social Media Ads Daily

If you're currently running your own social media ads, monitoring your ads every single day might sound daunting. if you have an agency running your ads, ensuring that level of dedication and engagement might be outside your control.

However, our experience has taught us time and time again that there can be no replacement for daily ad management. That includes optimizing ads as often as needed.

Ads tend to go stale at a rate of anywhere from two days to three weeks. Anything less than daily review and management opens your account up to costly inefficiencies.

Step 2: Test New Ad Copy and Creative

Don't be afraid to test and experiment with new types of copy, imagery, and engagement strategies. Test adding emojis, such as check marks and other attention grabbing symbols, to your ad copy.

Make an image with a plain background - pick your favorite color. Then write “NOW HIRING: Class A CDL Drivers” at the top. Then below that, write the top 3 greatest things about working with your company. 

Step 3: Automate Your Follow Up

Now, this doesn’t help you get a cheaper cost per lead - this helps you get a cheaper cost per hire which is the end goal.

  • Drivers contacted within 5 minutes are 30% more likely to be hired. 

  • Drivers which apply after hours seem to be 5% more qualified. (and more common)
